Fundraiser and Consciousness Raising Party
Join me on March 18th for a night of Queer Art, Queer Health, and Queer Power at Singers Bar in Bed Stuy!
We’ll be raising money for my one man show, With Violets in Her Lap, a reflection on the AIDS crisis from a queer Gen Z perspective, featuring drag king Luxury Bones, and an amazing DJ set by Kaye. Representatives from organizations fighting for an end to the AIDS crisis in the 21st century will be present to speak about queer power and queer health under this new administration. Major thanks to Singers for hosting the event and donating part of the drink sales! So come have a drink with us, enjoy the show, support the arts, and protect the health of the queer community!
Art is an important aspect of fighting for queer liberation and queer health as it provides a cultural context for progress. You can further help us further that goal by donating before the fundraiser at juliandonahuedance.com/donate
$10 cover at juliandonahuedance.com/tickets or Venmo, and Cash at the door
